A lot of promising games just never happen, and as a 3rd party, non-backer I can't feel upset about that. I remember looking at this game back in 2012-13, thinking it looked very interesting and was curious to see what happened after it got released. Would be hilarious if Ars scooped a release preview interview with this guy. And as far as I know what you download today is the saem game from 6 years ago.

The news today is that Wollay's release of a 15 min gameplay preview is unprecedented (and, surprisingly, has 200,000 views in 3 days). It's nowhere near Duke Nukem Forever bad (15 years), or, say, the never ending punchline of Half-Life 3. Six years in development is bad, but probably not even in the top 10.
